I added caramelized onions on top for that extra depth of flavour and I tell you it’s absolutely delicious! You can never go wrong with caramelized onions! This is our 💯 wholewheat bread. This bread is a little dense than other breads as wholewheat has bran particles in it which makes it denser and coarser than the refined flour. There is no chance in this world that someone can make a whole wheat bread as fluffy as a maida bread. The flour naturally doesn’t allow it. But having said that, there’s no compromise in its taste. If you are a fitness freak or someone who watches their diet very closely, this bread is your best friend. Order yours today!

Let’s appreciate the beauty of breads. You just need flour, water, yeast and salt (apart from the enriched breads) and mix those ingredients and comes along a beautiful piece of bread. That’s what I love about breads. It’s a beautiful balance of science and art. What temperature your water is, your ambient temperature, what’s the weather like and so many things. If you panic, your dough will know. I don’t know how, but they always do. So you have to channel your “inner peace” while working with breads which was so difficult for me because I’m very impatient. But baking breads makes me calm, which is why I love love love doing it. May be thats why it’s called therapeutic! Also, our garlic bread receives a lot of love and it’s definitely a crowd pleaser!
