Return Policy
Vibecity offers it's customers an easy ’return policy’, wherein you can raise a return request of a product within 3 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in you order. Also for some of the product return policy is not applicable by some of the seller’s. In case of special return policy, it will be clearly mentioned in the product details page.
You may exchange the product for a different size, or an entirely new style from the same seller. In the unfortunate case that any goods that you have ordered from us are not received in good condition — is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had expected — you may return or exchange the goods. For the process of return or exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Any customised order is not eligible for return & exchange as they are made to order.
Process to raise a return request
  • Step 1: Contact our support team via email/phone (support within 3 business days of the order being delivered.
  • Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/exchange/refund your order.
  • Step 3: Based on inspection for your case, we will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in its original packaging with all its labels, seals and tags are completely intact.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation can only be accepted within 24 hours of order or before time of shipping, whichever is earlier.
Order Confirmation
Customer will receive an notification/sms for confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. It will include your order ID for your perusal. Please make sure your address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a delivery confirmation notification. Please also note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Customer can track the status of your package 24-48 hours after your order is dispatched from our pickup location.
Missing Orders
Please contact us at if there’s still no sign of the parcel and we will be able to raise a claim for a refund.
We must be notified in writing of any missing orders within 14 calendar days from the date of dispatch, please email the details at so we can understand what went wrong.
