Quinoa Khichdi Mix

Quinoa is a centuries old grain high in protein, fibre, amino acids, and essential minerals that has made a comeback in modern times. Quinoa Khichdi has no preservatives and is made entirely of natural ingredients. We add yellow moong dal, beans, and carrots to make a filling supper. Green chilli, ginger, and cumin are then added to bring everything together in a flavorful bowl.
